When booking our artist for vocal production, the following payment structure and policies apply:

• Initial Consultation Fee (Downpayment)
  To schedule an initial call to discuss your project requirements, a $50 downpayment is required. This ensures dedicated time for understanding your vision and needs.

• Discounted Production Tiers
  After the consultation, you can choose from the following discounted packages based on your project's needs:

  • Simple Vocal Production:
    • Price: $500
    • Includes: Dry vocal stems, fully recorded and edited, ready for use in your production.
  • Full Vocal Production with Multiple Options:
    • Price: $1,000
    • Includes: A fully produced vocal edit with multiple takes and stylistic variations for greater creative flexibility.
      
      Payment is due, when the artist is hired.

• Revisions

  • Up to 3 revisions are included with every package at no additional cost.
  • Additional revisions beyond the initial 3 will incur a fee of $100 per revision.

Terms and Conditions

• Ownership and Usage Rights
  The Client retains the right to use the delivered vocals for their project, with the artist maintaining a 10% license share of the master recording. Full ownership can be transferred to the Client upon payment of an additional $500. In addition, the artist is entitled to 10% royalties for the term of copyright on all income generated by the recording.

• Turnaround Time

  • Simple vocal production: 1–2 weeks
  • Fully produced vocal edit: 2–4 weeks

• File Formats and Delivery

  • WAV, MP3, and Logic stems will be provided via a download link.

• Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
  IP rights remain with the artist. The Client must contact Bailer Music Publishing to ensure the proper crediting of the artist when registering the song with PROs and CMOs worldwide. The artist retains 10% of the master, and rights related to public performance, commercial use, and broadcast remain with the songwriter and Bailer Music Publishing.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The initial $50 down payment is non-refundable.
  • If the Client chooses to cancel the project after production has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • Revisions are limited to 3 per project. Additional revisions beyond this will incur a fee of $100 per revision.

• Payment Terms

  • A $50 non-refundable down payment is required to book a session.
  • Simple vocal production: $500
  • Fully produced vocal edit: $1,000
  • Revisions: 3 included, each additional revision: $100

• Communication Guidelines
  All legally binding communication must be done via email. The Client may communicate with the artist through other channels (social media, messaging platforms), but any discussions involving payments, IP rights, or official terms must be finalized over digitally signed Documents (Docusign).

• Exclusive or Non-Exclusive Agreement
  Depending on whether the Client opts for full ownership of the master, both parties will sign relevant documents for the master ownership and the songwriting splits. For all non-exclusive arrangements, the artist retains a share in the master and songwriting.

• Third-Party Rights and Services
  The Client understands that Bailer Music Publishing acts as a publisher and facilitator but is not liable for third-party disputes. The Client agrees to indemnify Bailer Music Publishing for any claims arising from unauthorized use of the final product.

• Taxes and Fees
  The Client is responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or service fees. Bailer Music Publishing reserves the right to adjust the total price accordingly to comply with local tax laws.

• Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
  In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution via written communication. Should the dispute remain unresolved, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Tennessee in the United States of America.

• Force Majeure
  Neither party will be liable for failure to meet obligations under this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, global pandemics, etc.).

• Amendments to Terms
  Bailer Music Publishing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any material changes will be provided via email.
